Terms of Service

Terms of Service for UseBoldTools

Effective date: April 6, 2026

These terms set clear expectations for using UseBoldTools. They cover acceptable use, how much you should rely on automated tool output, what “in-browser” processing means in practice, limitations of liability, and how to reach us. They are written for readability—not as a substitute for legal advice tailored to you.

Privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy. To explore tools, visit all tools.

Using the website

By accessing UseBoldTools, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or third-party infrastructure. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the site or its hosting stack (including aggressive scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service style activity).
  • Misrepresent affiliation with UseBoldTools, mirror the service in a misleading way, or attempt to bypass technical limits in bad faith.
  • Use the tools to process illegal content, violate others’ rights, or circumvent security, export, or sanctions rules applicable to you.
  • Rely on the site as the only safeguard for regulated, safety-critical, or legally binding decisions when independent verification is required.

Tool accuracy and reliance

Tools are provided to help with everyday workflows. Outputs may differ from other software versions, OS settings, or future algorithm changes. Verify results when mistakes would matter—especially for financial, medical, legal, compliance, or production deployments.

Software updates, browser differences, floating‑point behavior, PDF/image encoders, and edge cases can all change results. Nothing on this page guarantees permanent feature availability or a specific output for every input.

Files, text, and browser processing

Today’s utilities are designed to transform content using JavaScript in your browser rather than a separate UseBoldTools upload API. That model reduces latency and keeps your documents off our application servers for those conversion steps.

You remain responsible for the files and text you process, for backups, and for not uploading malware or content you are not allowed to handle. Large inputs may stress your device’s memory; your browser may clear state when you refresh or close a tab.

If server-assisted features are added later, they should be described in product copy and legal pages before you rely on them.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability

No warranty. UseBoldTools is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free tools, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseBoldTools and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the site, inability to use the site, reliance on outputs, third-party behavior, outages, or linked content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, site branding, layout, copy, and original materials belong to UseBoldTools or its licensors. Do not copy, scrape, or reuse them in a way that infringes rights or implies endorsement.

Third-party links and services

Hosting, analytics (such as Google Analytics), potential ads, and linked resources are operated by third parties with their own terms.

We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or data practices outside our reasonable control.

Changes to the service and these terms

Tools, categories, and infrastructure may change at any time. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where allowed by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, or stop abuse.

Governing law

These terms provide general website rules. Specific governing law, venue, or dispute resolution may depend on where UseBoldTools operates and how the legal entity behind the site is structured over time.
